Actions that we have taken around the Coronavirus?
As communities continue to feel the impact of the Coronavirus, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to ensure the safety of our people and customers. Rest assured, we have procedures in place and have redoubled our efforts by following CDC standards.
What we are doing
- Require all team members to wear face masks
- Require all team members to check their temperatures prior to beginning their shift
- Moved to contactless assistance, appointments, and waivers
- Added social distancing markers throughout facility
- Added hand sanitizer at entrance
- Allow a maximum of 1 group into the facility at a time
- Maintaining high sanitation standards by continually cleaning our gear after EVERY customer
- Introduced the use of sanitary face cover masks to reduce where skin contacts VR equipment
- Ensuring all commonly used surfaces such as door handles, light switches, ect are sanitized frequently
- Making reminders to wash hands for at least 20 seconds
- Using more frequent air circulation
- Instructed anyone not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution
- Allowing reservation rescheduling and waiving cancellation fees that are due to any illness

What is iSimu VR?
iSimu VR is the equivalent to the modern day arcade, except using virtual reality. We offer 40+ fully immersive experiences ranging from horror to kid-friendly games, perfect for you, your friends, and the family. Imagine, not playing the game, but instead, being inside the game!
Is there an age requirement?
There is no official age requirement, but we recommend your child be no younger than 5 or 6 years old. It depends on if you think it won’t be too complicated or unenjoyable for your child.
How many people can play at one time?
We can accommodate up to 48 guests in a single group. We have 12 stations, which means that only up to 12 players can play at a single given time, however other players will be able to spectate from TVs near each station. We have 20+ multiplayer experiences, ranging from 2 players to up to 12 players.
How long do people play for?
Sessions vary depending on your booking. We have options for 30 minutes, all the way to 2 hours. If you need bookings greater than 2 hours, please contact us!
When should I arrive for my visit?
We encourage all guests to show up 15 minutes prior to their experience to get an in-person tutorial.
Do you offer group discounts?
Groups that book 6 or more stations receive a 10% discount. To book a group reservation, select the “BOOK” button on the menu, then select Group Reservation and fill out all the details.
Do you offer gift cards?

Can I make my booking in person?
Absolutely! Walk-ins are welcomed, but we recommend booking online to avoid long wait times, especially weekends.
Can I wear my glasses?
We recommend wearing contact lenses if possible, but glasses are also supported. We have special foam inserts to help you fit your glasses.
Can we play together?
Yes! We have over fifteen multiplayer games available for you to play with or against your friends.
How much is it per person?
Pricing is not per person but instead determined by the number of stations booked, as well as how long each station will be in use. Pricing can be found by clicking the “BOOK” button in the menu on mobile or at the top right on desktop.
Can my friends and I play in the same station?
No. There can only be one person per station.
What are the rates for a [birthday] party?
Groups that book 6 or more stations receive a 10% discount. To book your birthday party, click book then group reservation and fill out all the details.
Do you have [so and so] game?
You can view all of the available games we have here.
Can we bring alcohol for private events?
In order to bring your own alcohol, you must book all of our stations for a completely private event.
Is there food and drinks at the arcade?
We have a selection of chips, drinks, and candy available.
Does VR cause motion sickness?
Certain methods of moving your character in the virtual world may cause motion sickness, but almost all games have nausea free movement.
Can I book more time if I want to stay longer?
You can book more time as long as there are no prior bookings ahead of you.
How many people can play in one station?
Only 1 person is allowed in the station at a time. If you want to play multiplayer games together, you will have to book a station for each person participating.
Can I take a break if I am tired/will my time be paused?
You can take a break if you wish to do so, however your time will not be paused.
Is virtual reality safe?
Yes, virtual reality is safe, but please consult with your primary care doctor if you experience any of the following:
- Pre-existing serious medical conditions
- Limited ability to safely perform any physical activities
- Sensitivity to flashing lights – may be present in some games
