Actions that we have taken around the Coronavirus?
As communities continue to feel the impact of the Coronavirus, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to ensure the safety of our people and customers. Rest assured, we have procedures in place and have redoubled our efforts by following CDC standards.
What we are doing
- Maintaining high sanitation standards by continually cleaning our gear after EVERY customer
- Introduced the use of sanitary face cover masks to reduce where skin contacts VR equipment
- Ensuring all commonly used surfaces such as door handles, light switches, ect are sanitized frequently
- Making reminders to wash hands for at least 20 seconds
- Using more frequent air circulation
- No-touch assistance from the staff (or use of disposable gloves if absolutely necessary)
- Instructed anyone not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution
- Allowing reservation rescheduling and waiving cancellation fees that are due to any illness
Thank you for your patience as we navigate through this challenging situation. At this time, we will remain open with our normal business hours and continue to maintain our rigorous cleaning procedures as we always have to ensure that your experience is not only exciting, but importantly safe. We look forward to seeing you soon!
